If a student will be absent for more than five days, parents should request a short-term Independent Study Contract. The office staff handles such requests. Students must complete the assignments in the contract and return the completed work to their teacher when they return to school.
Please fill out the following form at least five days before the planned trip. Independent Study can only be used for absences of five days or more. If you have any questions before then please contact me via email.
