Counselors are divided by student's last names. Counselors are available for academic, personal/social issues, and post-secondary (college & career) planning.
You can make a request to meet with your counselor here (non scheduling related requests, petk12 email addresses only).
Schedule Changes:
If you would like to request a schedule change, please complete the Schedule Change Request Form using your petk12 email account.
Please keep in mind that our schedule is extremely full this year. Our first priority is ensuring that every student is enrolled in the appropriate required courses (such as the correct level of math, world language, English, etc.) and resolving schedules with gaps or "See Counselor" periods.

Off Periods
Juniors and seniors who are on track for graduation may be eligible for one off period after submitting this form. Freshman and sophomores are NOT allowed to have off periods. Seniors who are taking a SRJC course may have a 2nd off period.
Teacher Assistant (TA) Periods
Juniors and seniors who are on track for graduation may request one TA period, pending availability and submitting this form. Freshman and sophomores are NOT allowed to have TA periods. No student may have more than 1 TA or Student Tutor period.
SRJC & Outside Courses
Students taking courses through Santa Rosa Junior College or another outside institution must submit the Outside Enrollment Agreement to their counselor if they have not already done so.
