The Counseling Department provides services for students to support their academic success. Counselors advise students about which courses meet graduation requirements, post-secondary needs, and personal and career interests. Counselors also help students with personal and social issues that can interfere with success in school. Here you will find information on course enrollment, college and career readiness, forms, and other information.
All counselors can be found in the Counseling Office during school hours. If you would like to schedule an appointment to talk with your counselor, you will find a QR code on the front desk of the Counseling Office. Since our counselors are so busy with all of our students, it is easier to create an appointment online. You can also find Ms. Alvarado and Ms. Kelly working at the front desk and Ms. Hansen in the registrar's office. They are here to help with each and every student's academic success and offer different types of assistance if needed. If you need to speak with someone in person, our phone number is 707-778-4690.
CGHS College & Career CenterFeel free to contact your counselor at any time with questions or concerns.
We strongly urge you to monitor your student's grades and attendance via Aeries. Feel free to contact your student's counselor for more information. If you have a question about your student's grade or content/curriculum in a specific class, please contact your student's teacher(s) first.
If you would like to make an appointment to see your counselor, please scan the QR code or click here.
