During the registration process, you will need the following documents in order to complete your student's registration:
Date of birth confirmation such as a copy of original/certified copy of birth certificate, passport, or baptismal certificate
Proof of address such as a utility bill, rental agreement, or property tax payment receipts
Immunization Records (Your child will NOT be able to start school until you have provided documentation of ALL required immunizations)
