3 Easy Steps to Elementary Enrollment!
1) Find a School
Find a school that's best for your family based on location or program by going on a
school tour

our schools
, or reviewing our
elementary school boundaries

During the enrollment process, please select a second choice school in the event that there is not space at the first choice school.
2) Submit Enrollment
Complete this registration form (

) and return it to the school office.
During the registration process, you will need the following documents in order to complete your student's registration:
Date of birth confirmation such as a copy of original/certified copy of birth certificate, passport, or baptismal certificate
Proof of address such as a utility bill, rental agreement, or property tax payment receipts
Immunization Records (
MUST be submitted in order to attend classes
