Enrollment Process (6th-8th)

3 Easy Steps to Enrollment!


1) Find a School

  1. Identify your school of residence on the Find Your School page. If you are registering for a school outside of your school of residence, you must complete and return a transfer form (see our District Transfer Page for details).
  2. During the application process, you will have the opportunity to select a second choice school in the event there is not space at your first choice school.
  3. Take a tour or attend an information night. (See school websites for details)

2) Apply

  1. Complete an application via Aeries Online Enrollment.
    1. (Please note, you will need to create a new account on the Aeries Online Enrollment platform to complete your application. This is separate from your existing Aeries Parent account. )
       
  2. During the registration process, you will need the following documents in order to complete your student's registration:
    1. Date of birth confirmation such as a copy of original/certified copy of birth certificate, passport, or baptismal certificate
    2. Proof of address such as a utility bill, rental agreement, or property tax payment receipts
    3. Immunization Records (MUST be submitted in order to attend classes)
      1. Shots Required for K-12
      2. Requisitos de Vacunación (K-12)
    4. Inter-district Transfer Form (English/Spanish) or Intra-district Transfer Form (2025-26 / 2026-27), if applicable. 

3) Confirmation

  1. Wait to receive confirmation of enrollment from your school.  
  2. Work with your school site to complete any additional registration requirements.
