Gaucho Roundup is an event where all Casa Grande students receive their class schedule, take their school photo, and access their digital ID for the 2026–27 school year. It also offers optional opportunities to meet with counselors, purchase ASB stickers or school swag, and learn about community resources.
ALL students need to attend ONE of the Gaucho Roundup days to get their student ID and their schedule.
*Photos will NOT be taken on August 6th so students will need to attend a Roundup Day on August 10th or August 11th to get their photo taken.
*Incoming Freshmen will need to attend ONE Gaucho Roundup day in addition to Freshmen Orientation*
AERIES Data Confirmation must be completed before you attend a Roundup Day*
WHO?
ALL students
Parents are invited to come to Roundup Days with their students but this is an easy and speedy process that students can navigate on their own
WHAT?
*Have your school picture taken (8/10 and 8/11 only)
*Receive your 26-27 class schedule
*Receive a copy of the 26-27 Casa Grande Family Resource Guide
*Purchase PE clothes: $12 per item
*If needed, schedule an appointment with your counselor
*Purchase an ASB Sticker, purchase Casa Swag from Boosters, learn about community resources & programs

(Roundup Days take about 30-45 minutes – bring last year’s ID to speed up the process!)
