Gaucho Roundup is an event where all Casa Grande students receive their class schedule, take their school photo, and access their digital ID for the 2025–26 school year. It also offers optional opportunities to meet with counselors, purchase ASB stickers or school swag, and learn about community resources.
ALL students need to attend ONE of the Gaucho Roundup days to get their student ID and their schedule.

*Incoming Freshmen will need to attend ONE Gaucho Roundup day in addition to Freshmen Orientation*

WHO?
ALL students
Parents are invited to come to Roundup Days with their students but this is an easy and speedy process that students can navigate on their own
WHAT?
Have your school picture taken
Access your 25-26 digital ID card through 5Star (hardcopies will be distributed after the start of school)
Receive your 25-26 class schedule
Receive a copy of the 25-26 Casa Grande Family Resource Guide
If needed, schedule an appointment with your counselor
Optional: purchase an ASB Sticker, purchase Casa Swag from Boosters, learn about community resources & programs

A reminder: At Casa Grande PE clothes are purchased directly from the PE department. You’ll receive info at your PE class. PE clothes are not sold at Roundup Days.
