Petaluma Family Resource Center

The Petaluma Family Resource Center (PFRC), located at McDowell School,
supports families and adult learners across Petaluma City Schools. We
provide assistance and resources for those navigating economic, language,
and other challenges, while celebrating the resilience and diversity of our
community. Our goal is to ensure that parents, students, and adult learners
can thrive through meaningful connection, inclusion, and active
participation in both school and community life.

  • Referrals for health, employment, food, and housing
  • Referrals and Workshops for Immigration and Naturalization
  • Crafts and Conversation 
  • Healthy Cooking and Nutrition Classes
  • Financial Literacy Classes
  • Mental Health referrals and support programs
