Injury and Illness Prevention Program

The Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) is a comprehensive workplace safety initiative designed to protect all PCS employees from potential hazards. In compliance with Cal/OSHA regulations, the IIPP outlines the district’s procedures for identifying, evaluating, and correcting workplace safety issues. It includes responsibilities for safety oversight, methods of communication and training, routine inspections, and processes for reporting and investigating incidents. The goal is to ensure a safe, healthy work environment for all staff.
