District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC)

The District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) serves as an advisory body to the PCS Administration and Board of Education, offering input and feedback on educational programs, policies, procedures, budgets, and specific actions that impact English Learners across the District.

DELAC is committed to fostering effective intra-district communication and promoting the exchange of needs, accomplishments, and best practices. Its goal is to support the development and implementation of high-quality programs that meet the linguistic and academic needs of ELs at all stages of their educational journey.
