From 6th grade on, students can explore careers, plan their coursework, and apply to college and financial aid, all in one place.

Step 1 — Discover Your Interests, Skills, and Values
Take Career Assessments, beginning as early as 6th grade, to connect your interests and skills to fulfilling careers.
Step 2 — Find the Right Career, College, Major, or Program
Connect careers to colleges, majors, and programs using the College and Career exploration tools.
Step 3 — Make a Plan and Monitor A-G Progress
View your A-G eligibility and map out your high school coursework through the CSU/UC Eligibility Tools and Academic Planner.
Step 4 — Learn About Financial Aid Processes
Use Financial Aid Lessons to learn about the cost of college and how to apply for financial aid.
Step 5 — Launch College and Financial Aid Applications
Launch all CCC, CSU, UC, FAFSA, and CA Dream Act applications, directly from your account.
When you connect to your student's CaliforniaColleges.edu account, you'll be able to see their coursework and grades in the Academic Planner, starting in the second semester of 9th grade, and track their progress toward UC, CSU, and California Community College eligibility.

As a parent or caregiver with educational rights, you can view your student's saved information to support their planning, though editing is limited to the student's own account.
