The District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) brings families and district leaders together to strengthen programs and services for Multilingual Learners. DELAC provides families with a voice in district decisions, opportunities to learn about resources and programs, and a space to share ideas that support the success of Multilingual Learners across our schools.
